Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion

1. Email karyableofficial@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Send it from the email address you use to sign in to Accountability Assistant. If you are asking about WhatsApp information only, include the WhatsApp phone number you messaged us from.
3. Tell us whether you want your whole account deleted, or only your WhatsApp information.
4. We may reply to confirm the request really comes from you before deleting anything. We will email you once deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

When we delete your account, we remove:

• your sign-in account and email address;
• your profile and display name;
• your preferences, including timezone, working hours and reminder settings;
• your life areas;
• all your tasks, including archived and repeating tasks;
• your task completion and change history;
• any WhatsApp information connected to you, such as linking and consent records, and any received messages from your number that we still hold.

Reports are calculated from your tasks, so they disappear with them.

WhatsApp information

• The content of any WhatsApp message you send us is already erased automatically after 7 days, and the remaining event record after 30 days, even if you do not ask.
• WhatsApp features are not yet available to customers, so no WhatsApp number is linked to any account today.
• Deleting the chat on your phone removes it from your device only. Copies held by WhatsApp are governed by WhatsApp's and Meta's own policies.

Before you delete

• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• If you want to keep anything, ask us for a copy of your information in the same email before we delete it.
• Archiving a task in the app hides it but does not delete it. To remove information permanently, use the request above.
